Most of the 'windows' that display information can be toggled on and off by a single key. For instance, hitting 'c' will get rid of your chat window. 'N' toggles the navigation display. I'm not sure what is assigned to toggle the status bar (if indeed there is one in the default setup) but you probably hit that key inadvertently. I've been known to do that occasionally (Where the ? did my target window go? Oh, yeah...)
There's a listing in the options menu of all those commands and their shortcuts - you can even customize them.

The OP is just victim of a bug that seems to happen to people from time to time.
Possible solutions:
/wdwload (if you did a wdwsave before)
/window_reset_all
/show health (show is the same as window_show)
/show menu
/show status
/show combatmonitor
/show combatnumbers

Of course I've never tried to turn it off - I just assumed I'd never stumbled across that toggle. 
Today i started a new villain, i logged on couple hours later and his stat bar was gone! (the thing with health and end.) is this a bug? or is it minimized? if so i do i maximize it?
