A werid problem i have been having

I have 5, lvl 50 mm's and it's driving me insane that on 1 of them i have to keep remaking my bg mode macro , it just stops working for no reason. I thought bg mode got nerfed because my bots/pain was taken crazy damage while in pvp zones, in bg mode, and getting killed in 6 shots in some cases, when i remake the macro all is well for about a week or so , then i get hit and see insane damage being done to me and know it's time to remake it . All of my other mm's in pvp zones works perfect, but this is main IO'ED out mm. The ever weirder thing is it seems to be AT specific, i had 3 scrappers on me , and i lasted and my pets, they ran off to an easier target, then 1 blaster comes over and kills me in 6 shots, no Aoe or nuke ,and this is with full health , full pets and world of pain on, heck he even pmed me and said noob you should have stayed in bg mode. I have contacted support about this but they said it was not a game play specific issue and to ask on the forums if anyone else has had or is having this problem too

This actually sounds akin to the issue where you will enter a mission and a bot instantly runs off to attack a far away target, without you having done anything. That I have experienced, but not in a pvp zone.
