Looking to Solo first AV

So I'm looking to solo my first AV...

I'm playing a Claws/Dark Armor scrapper, darn close to softcap to melee defense (with one small purple inspiration I can just get there), but there's also the -7.5% to-hit debuff from Cloak of Fear for a little breathing room.

I've determined that my single target DPS from a chain consisting of Strike, Slash, Follow Up, and Focus is 269.43 DPS (from real performance, viewed and calculated from Herostats) while fighting against a Battle Maiden Elite Boss.

Is there an AV that would be the "best" to start out with, keeping in mind that I do lethal damage, and am basically soft-capped to Melee?

I don't think your dps is right, considering that beats all claws users and many dm/shields in the rikti pylon thread.

Well that's against an EB not an AV. Little less resists and defense there to cut through.

I'd start with Chimera since he's easy to get to and will usually stay in melee once he switches to melee.

You're stopper will probably be endurance. Without seeing your build, we can't know if you're handling it well enough or not. The fight will probably take 6-10 minutes... so essentually you have to build to never run out of endurance.

Less talk, less decisions. Go kill, it doesn't matter who it doesn't matter where or when. Start at the beginning and finish at the end. Horus already went out and killed many AVs while you were posting your numbers and asking who you should fight. Your a scrapper not a blaster, GET Scrapperlock'd and think about stuff after the bad guys are all dead.
