Cant Log in to COH!! Please help :( :(

If you have a US account, make sure you are using the US client. If you have an EU account, make sure you are using the EU client.
I'm sorry, I don't know if the Account Details on the NCSoft page will indicate which one you have, but the updater file will have .eu in it if it's the EU version.
Whatever name/password you use to log into these forums, that's what you log into the game with.
If your updater has "eu" in the filename, it's for the EU version of the game.
If your updater does not have "eu" in the filename, it's for the NA version of the game.

And if none of that works, then you'll have to contact customer support.
Don't freak out though, unlike a lot of companies, NCSoft's CS is very helpful and will get you straightened out.

Try again. Sometimes, it takes a bit for the authorizations to work through the system.
Also, your PlayNC username/password can be (and should be!) different from your CoH username/password.
Also, as above, the NA/EU differences.

Hey guys. When I first made my COH of heroes account was about a few days ago there, but i couldnt log in, so i assumed it was the serial, cos i didnt enter one, but since i wasnt provided with one (for some reason) i had to just go and buy the Deluxe Game myself. So I entered in the provided serial and activated my account and all, but when I at last went to log in it said "Invalid username or Password" yet it is the RIGHT Username and Password, i obviously didnt forget since i changed my password again also to make sure yet it still didnt work. Can someone please help me here what could be wrong? I really wanted to try this game out, and i cant afford to have wasted that bit of money i spent on buying the physical game.
