Teams are the number one killer of soloists.
check under the development forum, there is a tech issues sub forum there that has a good group of people that are generally happy to help. you will also find a faq for common problems with CoX.

But before that....
Update all drivers, verify CoH install, defrag your hard drive, check to see if your power supply can handle the vid card you have, do a thorough dusting of your computer cooling fans and heat sinks using compressed gas.
CoH can really beat down an otherwise competent system. Do you run anything more demanding than CoH? Does that crash?

Randomly, while playing CoX my pc will just lock up... if I do a hard shut down and reboot it works fine again and I've noticed no pattern and it doesn't seem to happen any other time.
I don't have the specs of my pc memorized or handy but it's less than two years old and this just started about a month or so ago. Any ideas?
