Ninja/Trick Arrow MM

Hey MM forumites:

I've been working on a Ninja/Trick Arrow Mastermind, mainly because everyone says they are weak (don't really agree).

I put together a resonalbly priced build with some +Ranged Defense sets in powers I use all the time. The Achilles Proc is the most expensive IO on the build, everything has been bought and in the base bins at this time.

I think I probably need to add some BotZ in some travel powers to cap it, not sure yet if I want to do that.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

On your generic IOs, you want to slot 50s rather than 35s. Even better is to frankenslot and use a bunch of cheap set IOs.

That works great for exemplaring too because if the individual bonuses are low enough, when you exemp they don't get reduced. I think I recall that slotting level 43 triples you get to keep the full bonus all the way down to level 21.
