Zombies with Baseball Bats! (Dark Armor/Mace RP Build)

This is a build I've been working on after reading many a guide and comment over these boards, which I would not mind opinions on.

There are a few things I should point out before hand:
- I am aware there are other Dark Armor/Mace Builds on this board, I would input on my own and not a copy paste of someone else’s.
- This is intended to be a roleplay build, meaning there are some options chosen with the character in mind over gameplay, but I feel overall it should be no less playable than any other Tank.

The concept behind the build is a recently returned deceased, something of the Gentle Giant niche in Zombie form, who carries an old baseball bat wearing a soiled and torn leotard in a good and common heroic fashion sense, dedicated to keeping others out of their graves as he knows how lonely and frightening those places can be. He also happens to be quite frightful by circumstance. (he like I happens to be a fan of good bad horror films with a comedic twist in a classic Grindhouse style)

Things to point out on the build:
- I know that in use with a Mace, Oppressive Gloom is preferable to most over Cloak of Fear. Cloak of Fear was taken for the mentioned concept. Invoke Panic was taken to enhance its purpose. The sight of a Zombie alone should provoke a startle, if nothing else.
- Provoke was used instead Taunt for the sole purpose of opening the Presence Pool. It is the weaker of the two for its intent, though I have tried to supplement this with the damage output and taunt duration of Death Shroud.
- Provoke and Death Shroud were taken later into the build. I have never understood a Tank who takes their Taunt early before they can manage what they are bringing to themselves.
- The Recovery is a low 179% (3.2/s), the Regeneration is a low 260%. However, there is a 7% +max Endurance with a Performance Shifter: Chance for +Endurance in Stamina and a similar IO proc in Dark Regeneration, which has been designed to be spam able in an effort to also compensate for the low Regeneration. This is one of the main points I would like input on.
- S/L Defense is not Softcaped. I don't care to Softcap it if it means taking something away elsewhere. Over 40% next to a 70% S/L Resistance is still very functional. Nevertheless, if you have another idea I would like to hear it.
- Yes Soul Transfer. Who doesn't like to see a Zombie rise from the dead.
- Double points if someone is able to work a Chance for Negative Damage in there someplace.

I don't think the Impervious Skin status resistance IO does much for you as a tank with a status protection toggle. Dump that from Obsidian Shield and use the slot to stick a Hecatomb negative energy dmg proc in your fastest-recharging attack (Bash, I think). You could free up another slot if you can live with only two recharges in Conserve Power, and put another Hecatomb double or triple into bash to get the recovery bonus and to further enhance the attack you'll be using a lot.
