Working an a PVP build for a kat/SR

Now I'm not an avid PVPer, but I have PVPed every so often and one of the things I have noticed and a PVPer friend pointed out to me when I asked him if he could make me a good PVP build for my main, was that melee was horribly weak in PVP unless you're a stalker.

But regardless, I decided to give it a shot and ask you folks for your opinion on the build I recently planned out as well as ask if perhaps you might have a better build idea:

katana is not actually horrible on a scrapper - it's just all lethal dmg. You can slot procs for the -d. SR...is not good.

Don't waste your money. Roll a blaster (psi/em for max effectiveness), a shraker or a good emp if you want to actually be remotely useful to a team...
