Getting the phone number of the trainer you started out with(Libby, Babs, Kalinda, Burke) if that information is stored. If it's not stored, then it could be the phone number of Ms. Liberty, or even a new "mobile" trainer NPC who isn't in the game physically. When you call, it could open the same interface as a normal trainer, with all the information available that that entails, except maybe the ability to change builds
This could be extended to a mobile Freedom Corps person, or Fortunata. So that the difficulty could be changed out remotely. *shrug* That's my idea... |

Kalinda and Burke are contacts, not trainers. If you do a sufficient number of missions for them, you already get their number, too.

The trainers on Mercy Island are Arbiter Diaz (near Kalinda in Fort Darwin) and Arbiter Richard (in Mercy city).

Thats right, I haven't started any villains in quite a while, editing my first post to fix that...
I like this idea. Sounds cool and useful. I'd love to be able to get my levels anywhere.
NPCs: A Single Method to Greatly Expand Bases
how about unlockable Arachnos armor + weapons, I would love to be a hero wearing the uniforms of the Arachno Widow or Soldiers
