Follow UP - needs to be slotted as an attack
FF +recharge - does next to nothing for you
Defense - You only really need 45% defense on SR
Slash - put in the heel -res here
Strike - needs to be slotted up unless you're planning on using Evis in your ST chain which I wouldn't really recomend

Dropping SJ and keeping most of the IO's the same, here's what I came up with.
Could chain FU>Slash>Focus>Strike with a slight gap.

My 50s: Perfect Predator - Claws/SR Scrapper, Heavy Static - SS/Elec Brute, BlackLce - Ice/Dark Corruptor, Prickles' - Spine/WP Scrapper, Arbiter Kaverius - SOA Crab, Frost Hood - Ice/Rad Controller.
Well, the DPS should be around 175 (actually, I missed the BU proc in Focus in that calculation and am too lazy to go back and add it in) and the mitigation should be OK for those tasks. END usage... PB uses about 0.12 E/s in this build, the toggles (with Tough off) 0.72 E/s, which leaves 2.95 E/s for attacking. That attack chain uses... 2.90 E/s (2.84 adjusting for the fact that you won't be attacking while PB is activating). You might have to use CP on occasions when you have bad luck with the +END procs (or if you turn on Tough). It looks capable of solo'ing AVs and Pylons to me.

In my own personal build I have Aid Self added in as a self heal, otherwise imo it will be hard to solo avs

That depends. In many builds, you can replace the need for Aid Self by incorporating plenty of +rech. You'll die slightly more often, but you'll also defeat the AV much faster.
