For the dpa numbers the in game is actually good. Mids numbers are really screwy and some are just flat out wrong. It doesn't show any of the effects of dr either. Yes flurry and jump kick will out damage most of the lower tier attacks, it doesn't neccasarily mean they are better though. Make sure when you have the time to post some builds in this section and you will get some ideas and suggestions.
Keep in mind if you are playing scrappers(which I am pretty sure you do) to try to ignore the regin and lol defense comments. There is lots of good info and help around these parts we just have a weird way of conveying it sometimes.

To further answer your questions. Mid's has the damage correct on most powers, tho it is wacky in a few places. Mid's does not take DR into account at all.
Like con said, in game numbers are good. But keep in mind that if you're using chat to evaluate powers (typing [slash] in the chat box) that it uses your archetype modifiers. So you'll have to use the archetype in the command as well if you're trying to find numbers for other archetype powers.

Overlord of Dream Team and Nightmare Squad
I'm looking into joining the PvP ranks. I spent a little bit of time just feeling out some of the PvP zones this week with my existing toons (and basically dieing repeatedly very quickly), and I think I know what I want to build for now. The question is where do I get good reliable PvP stats? Is Mid's accurate for PvP? Does it account for DR correctly? Does Jump Kick and Flurry actually outdamage most set attacks, or is that bogus? If Mid's is not correct, is there somewhere where the information is correct outside of the game?
