Important note about City of Heroes wikis
If a site gets support off of giving you bad joo joo it's not a hard choice.
That's like feeling bad about a guy who got busted selling crack at a middle school because he has two kids at home.
I'm a big fan of OpenDNS, personally.
You don't have to run a program on your computer to filter out stuff. Instead you can filter by category (they have many) and then tweak as needed. You can also block malware/phishing sites and "camped domains" as well.
If they block something you want, you can update your config to whitelist that page, that site, or that domain, but only to your own network.
You just sign up, and then set your DNS resolver IP's to the ones they send you.
"City of Heroes. April 27, 2004 - August 31, 2012. Obliterated not with a weapon of mass destruction, not by an all-powerful supervillain... but by a cold-hearted and cowardly corporate suck-up."
THAT is what probably killed my old computer! /emote curseyou
to TO THE END!
Villains are those who dedicate their lives to causing mayhem. Villians are people from the planet Villia!
Ugh, it's sad really. To use the internet we have to install multiple programs and disable features and stuff. And this is the future :\
