every freaking issue they put out a new issue we go through this are they going to learn anytime soon. If you want people to test out your product i would think you would need a better test server client that can hold all of these people trying to test out new stuff. I might be beating a dead horse here but ive been playing this game since beta its just aggrovating this is my two cents worth now back to downloading test at 33.3 k/sec.

Did you ever get updater to run? I had to restart it and then it connected but it is taking FOREVER to download, 20+ hours which I know is wrong!

I've been trying for 2 days to download test site! I think I read that there is only 1 test server and that the status of that is always unknown? I hope that they get another one online soon especially with the new expansion.
I've been downloading for about 24 hours. Only 11:53:36 to go. Um, yay?

I've hopped on maybe half an hour ago and it's connected and downloading at 29.5kbps.
I'm looking at an estimated 15 and a half hours if it keeps up.
So yeah. It looks like my estimate of 15 and a half hours was unreasonably optimistic.
I figure it'll be a while yet.

which is 5 hours behind
Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
24 hrs later i still have 15 hrs left to download if anyone have a good idea of downloading please let me know i use vista before i delete coh all together this download has alrdy messed up my live server properties my link is looking in the new folder for my test we go throguh this every freaking time . PLEASE HELP

How did it mess up your live server link? You were supposed to make a copy of the live server link and change the command line to add -test after the filepath of the shortcut. Not change the live server shortcut itself...

yes i copy the piggs file over to the new test folder and its still 13 hrs of download at a speed of 21.4k/sec and right now its 7 hr 18 minutes left by the time this finishes downloading issue 17 will be on live. And i did fix my Live server properties.
I was having similar issues, either connecting #1,#2 etc etc.....or taking 30+ hours of download....Heres what I did to fix it might help somebody else...
Copied all my coh files to another folder....went into the folder and did the " -test" tag on the shortcut...
but delete the coh.checksum file...now click the shortcut to start download
my download is flying now......
just offering friendly advice...someone told me to try this so Im relaying
