Ae unlockable content

I've been working on my Ae arc for a month now and today when I set down to work on its broken.
After further investigation I find that all my unlockable content has been reset.

Now I don't mind repurchasing this content its not that many tickets, I was just wondering if this is a "bug of the day' or do you have to routinely repurchase it.

AE had a weird spike today that shut it down on some servers and reset things on others. The unlockable reset is completely brand new.

as far as i know once you purchase the AE unlocks, they perma-unlock for your account, so whatever happened to you was some kind of big bug, or it just reset on you for some reason

When the NCsoft online store is off, the AE goodies you've unlocked won't appear as unlocked.
Back to normal when the store is back.
