Hi all, this is what I've got. I figured that, unlike some of my other blasters, the ice/ice build wouldn't need to be in the thick of things so much, hence the focus on ranged defense. Of course, I hardly know what I'm doing, so the more experienced folks on the board might be able to help out some. Thanks again!

Freeze Ray is available at lvl 8. I'd suggest taking it then.

Chilling Embrace and Shiver do the same thing, just AoE vs ranged. Although the -14% damage debuff is nice on Chilling Embrace. I wouldn't recommend getting them both, but its not a big deal if you do.
