Question: when the hazard zone level restrictions were removed, did that apply to the PVP zones as well? Could a level one character get into Siren's Call? The store there will sell Raptor Packs IF your faction controls the zone.

Nope, PvP still have their respective entrance requirements.

If you need starter influence, just ask. If someone hollers for some money, I check their vet badges and if they are a real neophyte, I'll give them whatever I can, usually upwards of 5 million or so.

I know I'm not the only one that does this. Many many veterans want to keep you around and if giving away an infinitesimal sum accomplishes that, it ain't no thang.

Just ask.
