Seriously dude. You are going about this whole recruiting thing all wrong. Everyone has got teleporters to zones, med bays, inspirations bins, yada yada yada. What you really need is.... SKIMPY OUTFITS! Yes that is the key to suckcess.. er... I mean success! Do SG uniforms!!!!
For girls, have them buy the magic pack, and put on that witch top and then that skimpy witch bottom... oh yeah... and the boots too. Very simple. Or may I suggest assless chaps and bunny rabbit ears. That gets the blood roaring! *RAWR*
For guys, make sure they select that speedo looking thing... make sure the speedo is pink, because all guys should wear pink speedos. Then have them put on a cowboy hat, trench coat, and cowboy boots. Although not necessary, you can always make that glittery aura... but that may be a bit much.
Once people find out that you have such awesome SG uniforms... you will have to beat them off with a vanguard broadsword! Yeah yeah! That is the ticket!

Any level requirements? I just got back into the game after a long hiatus. Been playing a new toon as my highest level one is currently stuck in a building in a pvp zone ><

Hello! If you have any good or active toons on Pinnacle blueside, who want a new SG (or dont have one to begin with), send a Tell to @szpek, or an email to CODF. I lead an SG named the Warlock's Luck. We dont have a whole lot of active members (but Im posting this to help with that issue), but thats the only downside. The leader (me) is an active and experienced 51 month veteran. My co-leaders are only 6-month vets, but I've taught them just about everything I know. We are quite leniant with rules, and you REALLY have to get me mad to get kicked or demoted. The base is great, in my opinion. It has a med bay with an inspire collector, a power core (doubles as a lounge area), control hall with an O-Crystal, Teleport to all but 6 zones, and a great workshop that any member can access, regardless of rank. The base is done in the Arcane style, and has large amounts of decoration in each room (not enough to cause lag issues, so worry not). All this fits on the 12x12 plot, so its a very simple, easy to navigate layout. We expand constantly, and I mean constantly. 90% of the time I spend on CoH is spent playing CODF, a lvl 50 scrapper who does portal missions, story arcs, Trials, and TFs for insane prestige.
