Performance Shifter Chance for +end Displays as?

in the case of this proc, it doesnt constantly activate like the numi or miracle procs
the performance shifter gives a chance to fire i think every couple seconds when slotted into an auto power.
if you slot it into stamina and watch your combat window it should randomly pop up with a "you were granted 10 endurance from performance shifter:chance for +endurance"
i dont remember what the chance is for it to activate (i think its around 20-25%), so if you slot it into stamina it activates quite frequently.

Ah, lovely. I thought it worked more like Numina's... oh well. Not sure if this is worth having in Stamina, as I was mostly hoping to have more of a bonus carry over to the forms (like the Numi proc will when I can afford to get one for my PB). I'll probably get more mileage just slotting Stamina for Endurance, since it'll only help while I'm in human form, anyway.

It is worth having in Stamina; on the average, it gives you more recovery than a third even level SO does in the third slot. I always four slot Stamina on a character that will be using this proc, though.

I rarely have that many slots to throw at Stamina, though, and I try to build my character to do with less if possible (usually can on my Blasters). For a Peacebringer, slots are precious... so I'm sticking with the default on Stamina. I believe that means just having end recovery boosted in there is better than the proc (especially since it won't carry to the forms), but I could be wrong.
