I've taken down Eochai and WL solo with my Elec/Therm, and would have gotten Ghost of Scrapyard as well but two others joined in on the last 25% of his health. GM killing is so much easier when they have no end to kill you with.
I just wish therm got a debuff in the earlier levels.
Do any of you have a build you can post for me. That would be greatly appreciated.

I actually leveled up using a hybrid (as I liked to jump into zone when I was leveling up, but didn't want to work on the dual build feature). But the hybrid was just in grabbing the shields (and as you level up, you should grab the shields imo...I know I hated recruiting a thermal to see he skipped the the ST heal and the buff shields).
Also for PvE, I'd focus on defense bonuses as the way to go, purely because I found myself to be quite squishy getting hit all the time.
