Help my Kat/Elec :P
What are you going for? Do you want to make it more survivable? (More Defense, Typed or positional?), do you want more recharge, are you looking for more damage? There are a number of posibilities but kinda need to know what direction you are looking for. You have a bunch of sets that don't look to compliment each other very well. Personally I would be going for a +defense build:
Active 50s:
Zero Defex: DP/MM//Mace Blaster
Mutant X-7: Fire/MM//Mace Blaster

Sure, the devs are supposed to listen to their customers, mister business 101 out there. And if I decide to start suggesting that the devs change the game from being about superheroes and supervillains to being about clowns that is my right as well, and technically Paragon Studios is supposed to pay attention to me. But I hope strongly that they assume a meth-head somehow managed to hack into my forum account and make paper airplanes out of my posts, because I hope they recognize stupid when they see it. I assume they will recognize futile just as accurately.

Strengths of your build are lowered enemy defense, a power that gives you melee/lethal defense, 75 percent energy resistance, a heal that gives 30 seconds of regeneration, high endurance resistance and powers that help you manage your endurance (use it less/ get it back).
So looking at that: More hit points to stack with your regeneration secondary effect (regen is based on total hit points), some negative energy/fire/cold resistance to help fill those holes and Aegis unique works nicely for status effects (and it stacks some Psionic Resistance with Static Shield).
Slotting grounded does precious little for you. You're at the energy cap already and negative energy slotting from that gives maybe 2 percent neg nrg resist (the same as most bonuses that give neg nrg resist!). Stick an Aegis Unique in the inherent slot and work the steadfast trio into another armor.
As for stacking defense: Divine will you give you plenty stacked at two, but if you only want to rely on one application (23 percent ish with slotting), cobbling together about 10-12 percent melee defense to get you in the mid 30s off one can be handy. Ranged attacks are usually smashing, lethal, energy and psionic and you resist them all (more so with Tough for S/L).
As for recharge: Lightning Reflexes is enough for most Katana powers with slotting to come back in time, but if you're working on Energize coming back faster then Hasten can free you up for slotting for other bonuses.
So I'd say in order:
1. Hit Points
2. Regeneration
3. Resistances where you're weak.
4. Melee defense (minor)
5. Recharge (minor)

It will get you to the melee soft cap with one DA, and past the lethal cap. You've got pretty decent recharge to get energize up more often (48s downtime) (you can forego the LOTG in Weave for the regular LOTG Def/Rech, provides the same defense value and is much cheaper and will only make you lose 1.5 seconds on Energize. The most costly thing will be the sets of obliteration then the kinetic combats, but shouldn't be too bad as long as your patient.
