Support: Weekend Warriors?
Sounds like someone hacked the account. First I've ever heard of someone hacking an inactive account and reactivating it, though I suppose it's possible.
If you're absolutely sure neither of you set up the questions, then that is, unfortunately, what probably happened. About the only way I can think of to clear it up is to try and confirm with support that your fiancee's email was the one used to originally set up the account, because email contact is one of the things you can change in the master account.
I can't help much with how to go about that, as it has never come up for me, but good luck getting it sorted out.
There should be someone there at all times, so it might be that it just got shuffled into a large workload for someone.

I have managed to get my account back now. Seems it was hacked and someone reactivated my Aion account and managed to get it banned.
The whole situation took alot longer to fix than it should have. Eu support were made aware of the problem on friday and had still not done anything by this evening. So I contacted the American support line and it was all fixed. Just glad to be back on COH ^_^ now to go and do positron's tf to celebrate :P

I've been wondering, is there a time that's not covered by the support team? I ask this as my fiancé seems to have either changed the password on his master account, or worse... and upon trying to reset the password, he was asked questions that both of us were sure he hadn't set up.
We tried Support, but had to have an account setup to that before we could start up a query and there was no email address listed anywhere to mail for help. We managed to get his support account up and running again, but have been waiting for well over 2 days for an update after supplying details of who he is.
I guess the major annoyance is that he tried to resub to City of Heroes after taking an extended break... we couldn't play together over the weekend... and I don't want to lose him to WoW! :P
