CoH is stuck on the "Loading" banner...

The "stalls at the Loading bar" problem is often due to running a Windows skinning program like WindowBlinds. So first check to see if you have anything like that running.
If not, I suggest you post in the Tech forum, since they're more likely to be up on the potential issues associated with tablets. But note that a cheap graphics tablet may not have a video card powerful enough to run CoH.
Be sure to check the stickies in the Tech forum for the info you'll need to post to help the Tech denizens diagnose your problem.

I'm surprised. Usually uninstalling works.
I would try using a restoration point that was from before you installed the tablet, if there is one on your system that is.

Nevermind, I fixed the problem! Thanks for your help so far. It seems there was an uninstallation program in one of my folders that I didn't notice, so I ran that and now the game runs fine.
I recently installed a rather cheap graphics tablet, and later tried to play CoH. However, it got stuck on that little loading bar that floats in the middle of the desktop. I remembered hearing that some graphics tablets interfere with the game, and uninstalled the drivers. However, the game still isn't working. Is there anything I forgot to do?
-Note, the tablet was a Medion P46000 with MacroKeys, which leaves no uninstallation program on the hard drive. I had to manually go into the windows 32 system folder and delete the drivers manually before actually realizing that there was in fact an uninstall program on the disc. I ran that program afterwards, and the game still doesn't work.
