Building a Fire/MM blaster primarily for zone. Is World of Confusion worth taking?

Blazara Aura LVL 50 Fire/Psi Dom (with 125% recharge)
Flameboxer Aura LVL 50 SS/Fire Brute
Ice 'Em Aura LVL 50 Ice Tank
Darq Widow Fortune LVL 50 Fortunata (200% rech/Night Widow 192.5% rech)--thanks issue 19!

As an io mule only. I wouldn't waste time toggling it on though. Its hard to pass up 10 rech 4 recovery and 4 damage.

Duel me.
I will work on my sig pic more when I have time.

yea that's what i basically mean..i was in hurry when i posted that so i did not have time to explain. The biggest problem with it is that it detoggles when mezzed. As for keeping stalkers away, a stalker with a half a brain can AS you with it on if they know what they are doing. BTW i have lost all hope for the stalkers in RV. Yesterday i was on my emp buffing a bunch of lol scrappers and con was the ONLY one to attack me. He even made a comment in BC and they still did not attack me. I <3 zoners.

A few days ago some stalker made me crack up. I was just standing there with my tank...talking to someone. Then behind me I see a stalker become unhidden, doing the shark animation. From about 3 feet away. I turn around to look at him, but I don't even bother attacking or moving, because I'm busy talking to my friend. His shark hits me for like 100 damage. As soon as I look at him, he phases. We both just stand there, looking at each other for like 5 seconds. Then he runs away.

Kinda had to be there, but it looked hilarious from my POV.
