I can not currently zone anywhere using ferries or base teleporters. I can only teleport to my base. If I try to leave the zone my toon is in via ferry, the new zone doesn't load. I can port to my base and no matter which zone I try to port out to...same thing. My toons are stuck in the zones they're in for the time being.
I'm having a similar problem on Champion with the Rikti War Zone. When I tried to log in on a character there CoH froze up. Also, when I tried to zone into RWZ on a different character it also froze up.
Noticed this as well (Cap on Pinnacle). It sucks. 
Did they do their weekly maintenance this morning?
Loose --> not tight.
Lose --> Did not win, misplace, cannot find, subtract.
One extra 'o' makes a big difference.

This was fixed, for me at least, shortly after this was posted.
Can't seem to log any of my toons in that are in Cap Au Diable.
