ps. I would not let my younger daughter listen to the station, its can get a little adult content (nothing more than PG-13 though, at least during day, I have not listened overnight)
It would be broadcasting live from Pocket D. Of course more songs would have to be made but i'm sure that's not a huge problem. You'll only be able to access it through the options (where that huge list hangs down; costumes, I.D., Quit, etc.) It would open a radio and there would be 2 interactive buttons News and Music. By default music is on but you have to turn it on first.
News (might) give out missions, random things on villains (for RP) and upcoming things in the game (somehow incorperate it to seem real?)
Basically the point is for different music to play and present news without having to go to the website.
