Trouble finding groups?

Perhaps this is just me, the time I'm playing, or maybe I've just been unlucky, but I've been sitting with my LFT tag on pretty much all morning but haven't received any invites. Is there somewhere I should go and sit outside missions to increase my chances? I've typically been running solo mishes in/around Peregrine/Talos. I'm currently a level 46 Kat/WP scrapper.

The obvious thing to do is start your own group! It's not that hard, and you get say over things like team composition and missions / TF's / AE / radio. You can also find at your level if you sit outside Portal Corp in Peregrine Island you'll find lots of players about. Some servers are busier at certain times of day, also we've just been through a major holiday season so a lot of people wouldn't have been on their PC's / Macs much. Hope this helps!

If you have not already done so, then I'd strongly suggest joining your server's global chat channels. There is a stickied list of them in each individual server section here on the forum.

Can't speak for other servers, but on Victory this is by far the most effective way of forming teams. Yes, these channels tend to get filled with a lot of chatter, but most players keep an eye on them in case someone's starting something they want to get in on. On Victory, outside a list of personal friends, anything else is a waste of time.
