From the context it sounds like you want the enhancemnt diversification soft caps which can be found here (rule of thumb is no more than three enhancements of the same type in a power):

of all of the various stat caps somewhere? Recharge speed, defense, interrupt times, etc? I'm looking for a reference so that I really don't overload particular options when slotting out level 50enhs.
