Better Option

I've recently hit 50 and have stuff I'd like to do with my Kat/SR, but want to figure out the best option. The first thing I want to do is finish my build. Initially, I figured I'd just finish the story arc I have and then work on accolades (for +health, +end). However, I also wanted to do some AE stuff (haven't touched it other than the tutorial).
So, being an engineer kinda person, I'm wondering which is the more efficient way completing my build: work on accolades (basically do what I have been doing selling drops/marketeering for inf) or doing AE missions and bronze rolls for stuff to sell (I've heard bronze is the way to go, so if there's a better way please let me know)?
BTW, not sure this matters, but I saved the most expensive stuff for last on my build (of course). So I need four more LoTGs +rech (almost have enough to get another one) and five Hecatombs (all but dmg/rch). I have no expectations of this happening overnight (or even getting it done in a couple weeks) just wanted to do it efficiently.

There is no "better" way. Do it the way you find the most fun. Accolades take a bit of work (I find them a pain), so I try to get those out of the way. The one for Taskforce Commander will generate a significant amount of reward merits for you and you could take those in turn and turn them into LoTGs or do random rolls and sell them for profit.

As for AE, you *can* generate a lot of influence that way, but there's many ways you can generate cash. Find the way, you find most fun. People get fixated with AE but I've known several rich players who instead choose to run Borea's RWZ missions, farm one of the dev developed missions, play the market or just do TFs exclusively. All of them work pretty well since at level 50, money pretty much falls like rain.

Absolutely doesn't matter. I often build as I go and hence have purples and such slotted last.

As for your Hetacombs, skip the Damage one not the Dmg/Rech. The Dmg/Rech will give you far more bang for the buck than the pure Damage one since the Damage one will be limited by the ED cap. Hetacombs are great to put in slow charging attacks to speed them up for a fluid attack chain.

You should download Mid's hero designer and make a build using that and post it up.

Well, I'm always open to help with build, so here it is. Fury, I'm not looking for Hecatomb dmg/rch because it's going in GC along with AH.

Also being an engineer sort of person, I can tell you, the most efficient way to get your build finished is to play the market. Once you have a nice chunk of seed money (300-600 Million gets you respectably into the game), what you do with your play time isn't going to matter much relatively speaking.

I think with AE missions you might actually do better selling rare salvage. The market forum could probably give you a better answer to that question.

I think the fastest and most enjoyable way to play and make money is to run task forces and spend merits on random recepie rolls. Farming might give you a little better inf/min return if you're already maxed out, but it feels a little too much like working and not like playing to me.

I gotta make pain. I gotta make things right. I gotta stop what's comin'. 'Least I gotta try.
