Normalize Contacts and number if missions before they give their phone

Hi:

As we do contact threads or TF/SF events, the number of missions we have to do before the contact finally gives us their phone number varies greatly; it would be nice if this number could actually be a fixed number of missions.

I can see, if this is a spanking new contact, that they may not want to "place themselves in danger" by giving you thier number up front, or after you only done 1 mission. But on the other hand, it does not make sense they can not trust you after 5 missions with 3 of them being kill alls either.

I would suggest, if the first mission is an effective defeat all (investigate base, etc), you do get their phone number upon completion; lets face it, you really did prove yourself worthy of trust. Basically as soon as you get a defeat all, right after you are guaranteed the phone number.

If you get glowies, sneaky, delivery girl missions, after doing 3 of these filler missions, then we do get the phone number.

What do you all think?

Nothing saps the Fun more than a contact in FF that sends you ALL over the shop, and refuses to give you a number to call for about 5 missions.

Tbh, they should give you the number after 1 mission.
Why? Well, it makes sense, if you are conducting an investigation/pulling off a crime with someone, to be in decent contact, right? So, after the contactee has proved they can get out of a mess alive (first mission) they are then worth working with for the longer haul.
And, voila. Solve one big gripe with minimum of fuss.

I like this and have wanted something like this for ages. I've always wished that I could call a contact if I had done at least 3 missions for them.

I agree. Although my major problem for a while now are the low-level ones, who give you a bunch of Fedex missions that don't seem to count as full missions for getting the phone number. Nothing like running all over two zones before you have a true travel power, and not even getting the number.

This is why I hit lvl 5 through street hitting, and then head to the Hollows
