Force Feedback proc and pets.

Simple question.. What happens if I slot a Force Feedback proc in a pet or Pseudo pet power? Like Phantasm? Or even Sleet? Will the pet get the recharge (In which case it's useless on the Sleet) or would I get it? I know the proc says "Chance for 100%+ recharge to self", but need to make 100% sure.

Thanks

Nothing will happen, pets are immune to recharge buffs/debuffs now.

If it goes off, it buffs the pet. The problem is, pets were changed a while back to be unaffectable by recharge buffs. I think you can still put it in there, it just won't do anything. If you want to put a KB proc in Phantasm or Sleet you'd be better off with a damage proc.

The FFB proc only effects you in powers that strictly you cast, like Energy Torrent from the Body Mastery APP.

What's funny (in a fail kind of way) is a FFB proc in Lightning Rod or Shield Charge. If it goes off, the pet (summoned at the location of your targeting reticle that does the KD/damage) would get the buff, except the pet dies instantly after dealing the damage/KD

It'd actually have a chance to proc on you when you summoned the pet (same as the BU proc) but after that it would apply only to the pet it's slotted in. Since with few exceptions pets were changed to ignore recharge buffs/debuffs, it's generally a wasted slot and it makes my Thugs/Dark MM mad because I haven't wanted to use a respec just to pull it out of my Bruiser.

On a side note, some pets that got decent mileage out of the Force Feedback proc (Bruiser and Phantasm being the two biggest ones) can still use the Explosive Strike proc to their advantage. It's a damage proc, but on pets like Phantasm and Bruiser where almost all their attacks do KB/KD, it adds to their damage output quite a bit.

Care to mention any of these mythical exceptions?
