Auto execute powers not auto executing

Recently, I noticed that certain powers I put on auto execute don't alway work. Here is what I noticed...

Attack powers always seem to work on auto execute, if an enemy is targeted and in range.

Hasten, which I have on auto for my 50 fire/kin never goes off, and I have to click it all the time. I've done several tests, and it will not go off.

Relevant info:
Hasten is 3 slotted with 50 IO:Recharge reductions. According to my power info, that is a 3:46s recharge time. So regardless of set bonuses, it should be recharged in 3:46 and go off. It doesnt. I have set bonuses and a LotG 7.5 slotted amounting to a 76.25% recharge bonus on top of that, without having hasten active. I just recently swapped out two sets for more recharge bonus, and now I notice the problem.

I swapped out scirocco's dervish on my hot feet for Obliterations, and I swapped out Decimations on my char this morning for Baslisk's Gaze.

Anyone have any ideas as to why hasten is not going of on auto anymore? It works on my other toons, just not on this one.

Depends what you have targeted.

Known bug that hasten and other clicks (like active def for Shield Def) set to auto will not fire if targetting an neutral NPC (like WW vendor, or Detectives). They work fine with nothing targetted or a hostile NPC.

Hmm ok. Well I was at WW when I noticed the problem. I saw hasten was recharged, but didn't go off. I was out on the treet and waited 10 minutes and hasten didn't go off, but I probably still had the WW guy targeted. lol. Thanks for the responses! Idon't really care if it goes off at WW, I just wanted to make sure it would go off in combat.

Now if I have it on auto, and an npc targeted, and it does not go off...will it go off as soon as I target an enemy, or have nothing targeted?

Yes. At any time, you can clear your target by hitting Escape.
Or, as you noted, targeting an enemy will also do it.

Also note that clickable objectives in missions also do this (they are also considered a non-attackable target), but you can select a foe without interrupting the click.
