For blaster, definitely cold. It's so much better than all the others, it's not even comparable.
For corr, you want either the one with hibernate or the one with webs/power boost, depending on your playstyle.
You couldn't respec vil epic pools before, but now you can...as many times as you want.

if you're only 2v2ing a case can be made for going sharks and hiber on the rad/pain.
if you're not, go pb.
