Hi Switch

The build was tossed together rather hastily so I'm sure you can tweak the power selection order and refine the slotting. But the basic idea is there.

Just a quick glance at the build, but I have to say the endurance is in no way manageable without insps if you're running Quills. About 1.3 end/sec net recovery before attacks and no recovery tools to speak of (Conserve Power).

Attacks are also barely slotted for end reduction.
