Have you managed to farm with a Crab?

So, it seems a ton of post are missing from this folder, so I wanted to ask in this thread, have you folks managed to make competitive farming crab spiders when compared to brutes.

Can you successfully solo farm large groups, lib farm, etc?

I have my crab at 43 and have been working on his build, but I'm still on a quest to build myself a character for hunting down the elusve purple recipes.

So, if you've managed to make effective farming crabs, I'd love to hear your success stories. Thanks.

Lib might be difficult because of the stacking Vengeance. If you could wipe a group fast enough so that wouldn't become an issue, you might be able to do it, but you're better off spending your time investing in a good Dom or Brute.

I used to farm on my crab quite a bit.

I started off farming with the bane, got it soft capped, and would herd up the wall in Cimerora for grins.

Then tried on my crap, picked an outdoor mish (or the wall in Cimerora again), soft capped on ranged and close on aoe, and did it up. Think from the App's i picked bile spray and arctic breath but dont hold me to that. I picked up hover, slotted swift for flight speeds, and same for hover. It was soooo boring, but helped me outfit some of my other toons.

Yea, what Mac said.

I would NEVER wanna use a defense based toon on Nems. Stacked Vengeance is rough, like a bad bottle of tequila.

The Crab i farmed with was for a specific situation. For a mish, that you could hover, that of course didnt eat through defense

I have very little farming experience, but can say that I am quite happy with the results my Crab has attained. I scored five purples in six missions, so I know my results are skewed.
