Elec/Nin driving me batty.
o.O 7-8 digits max?
I think just the Touch of Death set you have in the first attack will set you back that much.
Last I checked the BotZ kb protection was 40,000,000 (8 digits =/)
Soft-capping is great, but it would make Kuji-In Retsu mostly useless. I would suggest not stressing too much about hitting softcap and use some cheaper purples. For my own stalker, I slotted for +damage.
If I could afford everything I wanted, I would get +50% dmg buff and still have 35% positional def, which I think of as a good trade off.
Softcapping lets you stay in mobs for longer, but the way I reasoned it was if I had +damage, I could end the fight faster removing the need to stick around altogether.
This is my build (at 44 now). I skipped stamina altogether by slotting some end modifiers in the first powers. Most of the time, I'm fine w/ end even in large groups but there are some times where I occasionally regret it. YMMV

Arctic, it doesn't look that messy. You've got all the powers from the primary and secondary that you want, plus the fitness pool, though I prefer a different patron. You could remove the pacing of the turtle's and put in a set of gaussian's in build up to give you a slightly bigger cushion. Question: do you plan to exemp down frequently? I noticed you have many lvl 35 IO's.

Okay, I'm trying to make an Elec/Nin soft-capped build (preferably soft-capped with hide suppressed, because that's where I'll need it). Best I've gotten so far without sacrificing attack slotting badly is just there, but it's a bit of a mess. I can work the market to get some funding, but I'd like to keep it to 7-8 digits max, if possible.
Notes: I have the Ninja pack, so travel powerless is good (and may fit concept better anyway), and I have no objections to running Maneuvers/Tactics to get there, especially if it helps me avoid Boxing/Weave/Tough.
