Arch/MM build help

I've been looking through the other thread for ideas on what to do build wise for my Arch/MM blaster and to be honest I can't afford all those purples. So, I've tried my hand at a slightly less expensive build, there are some more expensive IOs in there but i figure if i get them great if not i'll fill them with just basic IOs till i'm able to get them. However i'm still a little iffy on the build and was wondering if anyone could give me some pointers, the build will be posted below. Thanks in advance.

Drain Psyche needs at least 1 ACC IO to help it hit more reliably. Explosive arrow is slotted just for the 7.5 and that's a shame. The build has a lot of powers that can fit in sets with 6.25% bonuses, you can rearrange your power picks for those sets a bit more and get a little more out of the build:

You lose a little recharge, but you gain 25% dam buff and capped HP.

Thanks Nemu, that clears up some concerns i had with the build. It might sound silly but i had just gotten the feeling that a lot of recharge was what most people were recommending in the other thread so i went with that, and like you said with explosive arrow i did just slot it for the recharge bonus but thats also the reason i picked other powers. So, it's really good to see a nice build with powers i know are useful, like mind probe, i have it now but almost never use it. So thanks again for the help.

Hey Elric, here's my Arch/MM build. I've experimented with different builds, but this is your best bet, especially for solo farming. It's relatively cheap and very effective. Although Nemu's advice is good, Explosive Shot is really only good as an IO mule (IMO). Unless you have someone reliably rooting the baddies, ES is just going to scatter the mob. In teams this means people getting pissed and in farming it means a slower run, but YMMV.

For obvious reasons, +Rech is very important as an Arch/MM. However, survivability can't be overlooked. I've had friends who've tried to build an arch/mm for pure recharge after seeing how good mine is in action but, most of the time, they just end up eating pavement. That's why I also build for the s/l softcap. You have no idea how useful it is until you try it.

HEre is one, that most likely i will take at 50 (Psychic Rain is 41 atm). Focus was set on decent recharge values and defense. Ranged defense is at 44% with stealth turned on (turned it of here, because the unsupressed values are shown in the summary- put 2,2% on the top). S/L is at 29%, so with one purple you are at 44% , near softcapped (energy and negative defense at 36,2%)
With this build you should have a valid attack chain for st, and aoe (RoA, Psychic Shockwave and the 2 cone attacks).
Aim and Concentration are back in 28 seconds. Because of that i didnĀ“t focus on the recharge of RoA (which is back at 22 seconds, with frankenslooting you could get to 19) as i only use them together.
With SS and stealth you are invisible if you need to
