Never built my Ice/Rad for farming, but I imagine you'd want to want to tweak your Arctic Air.
Level 6: Arctic Air
- (A) Coercive Persuasion - Contagious Confusion
- (9) Malaise's Illusions - Chance of Damage(Psionic)
- (9) Malaise's Illusions - Endurance/Confused
- (11) Endurance Reduction IO
- (40) Coercive Persuasion - Confused
- (40) Coercive Persuasion - Confused/Endurance

I'm guessing you've proc'ed out AA and CC for damage, but what's your epic? I'd imagine Fireball would probably be the best to help add some extra oompf and you can easily be in melee range to use Consume to help manage running AA and CC. You could also proc World of Confusion with 4 or 5 damage procs if you take the Psi pool, but the radius of WoC is pitifully small.
