Acc/Rech level 40 shows all the way back to sept. That's why when we roll, we shouldn't be getting level 50 recipes on a 20-24 roll or whatever we roll that isn't a 46-50. If only level 50 recipes are gonna be used, we may as well scratch anything lower than 50.
