I was wondering if it is possible to get particular temporary powers AGAIN (as in, after they have been fully used up) through the flashback system.
For Example: I want to get the Wedding Band temporary power again (I've plum used it all up) for my Claws/Dark Scrapper (who would be just plain nasty with capped or nearly capped resists to just about everything but Energy and Toxic). I've already gotten it naturally by running the Stephanie Peebles arc.
Is it possible to keep going back and flashbacking the arc to get the power after I use it up, or is it a one-and-done thing?
I would imagine the answer is applicable to all arc-generated temporary powers, though I don't know of any others quite as useful as the Wedding Band.
