I horribly disagree. Psi is way better in terms of burst dmg. Fire is good for like constant steady dmg...and when it comes down to it...you want burst dmg over that for spikes.

Delayed damage doesn't mess people up in 1v1s unless they are retarded and don't watch their buff bar at all, and frequently have seizures. I mean, I'm sure there are those few who 1v1 a psi/em and are like: OH MY GAD WHERE ALL THIS DAIMGE IS COMING FROM OH MY GAD THERE IS TOO MUCH AT ONCE I CANT DO ANYTHING OH NO OH MY GAD!!!!

But, for the most part, the delayed damage comes into play during a team match. The delay effectively lets you create a higher burst than you'd normally be able to.

1. Psi lance
2. Will Dom
3. Psi Dart
4. TK Blast

That order seems to be the most practical in larger team matches. Leave out Psi Dart if the target is moving directly away from you.

Oh, and don't forget. Psi/Ems are terrible - just not as terrible as all of the other blaster builds.
