If you're too noob to PvP, you definitely don't want to be playing a defender. It's just about the most gimp AT in PvP currently. Just as there's no reason to play a brute because scrappers/tanks are better, there's no reason to play a def, since trollers/corrs are better.
By too n00b I meant I don't know enough to make a build. I realize corrs are much better but I don't have time to lvl one up and I prefer heroes.
1. Leveling doesn't take that long, even if you PuG/solo it all the way
2. You will waste less time leveling a new character than you will PvPing on an Ice Blast character (a Defender, no less).

It really sucks how bad Ice Blast is now.
the problem is still perception vs. phase.
if you wanna disrupt, go make an ice/cold controller.
if you wanna disrupt and debuff spike targets make a sonic/cold or a rad/cold.
you can still get to 50 in less than 24 hours of play if you have a half-decent brute, dom or scrapper to farm with.
stay away from fire blast.
stay away from ice blast until someone checks if those slow procs make up for the craptastic damage.
Title says it all. Looking for a good cold/Ice defender build. I would make it on my own but I'm too n00b in PvP.
