There are two ways...
1. Google City Splasher, there is a tab that will do it for you automatically.
2. Find a font you like, re name a copy of it "mont_demibold.TTF" and drop it in your /data subfolder in the city of directory. I like "digistrip.ttf" I found it googling "comic book fonts"

Also, Tweak CoH will do it for you rather easily. Once installed, go to Fonts tab, and there will be two subtabs for the two customizable fonts.

So...a while back there was some kind of thread on how to change text ingame. It stemmed from people using a capital i for an L. Can someone linky or direct me to that thread? I kinda want to replace text ingame with something a bit more readable.
