last i knew, you are not supposed to share infamy with you pact anyway.. just the xp.. so if it's changing the about of inf he's getting, it's certainly a bug.
Also, as of recently, the Level Pact section of the Friends list doesn't seem to show the pact member's name anymore, but as long as that menu is still there, the pact is usually still intact.
I'll have him bug it. Note to everyone, you might be getting half influence/infamy if you're level pacted or if you were level pacted at one time. It wouldn't surprise me if this is a widespread problem.

Inf. is always split 50/50 in pacts. Wasn't that way originally in Beta, and it surprised many of us when we saw it happening in Live.
XP is not split 50/50 if there is a difference in level in a pact. The lower level toon gets all the XP until they're caught up, then XP is even split.

Bottom line it's bugged in this case.
OK, I guess I misremembered the Inf split. But I know for a fact that the offline character in a Pact will also earn Pres if in SG mode, albeit less that the person online.

This may be a bit tough to explain. I'll do my best.
A friend of mine was getting half infamy at level 50 from what I was getting at level 50 (28000 compared to 56000). After logging in as him and checking his settings (he was not in SG mode, Options looked normal) I decided to check the level pact. It didn't list anyone however it allowed me to click on the Leave Pact button and type in the toon name. I then got the message that I left the pact and then I was getting the full 56000.
A while ago he was level pacted with his rad on his second account but ended the pact before 50. He hadn't been pacted with that rad for months.
Is it possible the pact got formed again somehow?
When his toon was gaining infamy it didn't say anything about him splitting it with his level pact partner.
I'm not sure if the rad was receiving the other half of the infamy, he'll try and verify that at some point. But this seems like a nasty bug.
