Buy full access or full game from Argentina

Helo everybody, my name is Romina and I am live in Argentina and a happy user of macintosh

Well, I have various doubts and are those

1 - I want to buy the full version of CoH but NCSOFT is not offering the game in my region then I decided buy the full version from apple or from other online store as for example GamersGate

If I buy the game from other online store I just can buy the version City of Heroes Architect Edition with it buys the pack includes

• A serial code for account creation (e-mailed with download link upon game release).
• Access to the full City of Heroes® and City of Villains® games via downloadable client.
• 12 character slots per server
• First Month of Play Included (activation with a valid credit card or game time card is required... monthly fee required to play: $14.99* ).
  * plus US sales tax, where applicable. Player is responsible for all applicable internet fees.

That sounds like a question for Support - I know how to help with the game itself, but not with game accounts. Visit help.ncsoft.com to get Support.

If they aren't very helpful, try sending a PM to TheOcho or Niviene, maybe one of them can light a fire under NC Support and get an answer to your question.

Ok, here is how it works (as far as I know). You can purchase any version of the game regardless of where you live (you should probably purchase the US version since that gives you access to more servers and they'll be closer to you than the Europe version).

You will need to purchase one of the following to activate your account:
City of Heroes® Architect Edition
City of Heroes® Good Versus Evil Edition
City of Heroes® Mac Special Edition

These will all give you a free month of play (along with a few other goodies). However in order to fully activate your account and receive the month of play you will need to start a subscription. This generally means use a credit card to sign up for a month then cancel before the free month is up if you decide not to stay. You can also use time cards but will probably have trouble getting them in your area.

Hola Romina, el distribuidor oficial en Argentina es Edusoft pero son un desastre. La página oficial es http://www.edusoft.com.ar/games/gve.htm y el precio de lista en Musimundo es $80: http://www.musimundo.com/Default.aspx?pId=71400002887

Si lo querés comprar online, cualquiera de las dos versiones sirve (GVE o AE) e incluyen el mes gratis; pero cuando crees la cuenta la tenés que activar cuenta usando una tarjeta de crédito en el sitio de NCsoft, o cargar un par de tarjetas con tiempo incluido (al menos así era cuando compré yo el juego en el 2005, puede haber cambiado ahora).

Una vez que actives el juego, podés pagar por mes con tarjeta de credito o podés comprar tarjetas de tiempo a Edusoft, por $60 el mes (se compran haciendo un depósito bancario en el Banco Francés.)

Romi, no importa que compres la versión para PC, el número de serie para crear una cuenta es el mismo sea Mac o PC. El DVD no te va a servir para instalarlo en una Mac, pero una vez que creas la cuenta con el número de serie que te viene con el DVD, podés bajar el clienta para Mac desde http://download.cityofheroes.com/US/...staller_US.dmg

IMPORTANTE: cuando tengas el número de serie de la versión completa, te vas a Account Management, elegís la cuenta (probablemente de prueba de 14 días) que estás usando actualmente, y seleccionás UPGRADE, con eso mantenés todos tus personajes. Si creas una cuenta nueva, empezás de cero, sin personajes.
