I'm OM (beware, no TL:DR ver.)

Well guys (and gals), I've done it again. Yet another toon [Gearford, elec/wp brute] leveled to 49.5 and then I put them down. I'm not quite sure why I do this, but it happens with any RPG (MMO or otherwise) I play, get to the end and shelf. Yes I know max lvl isnt the end of an MMO.

Only game where this didnt happen was FFVII because it so didnt live up to the hype all the other little kiddies gave it and I just wanted it to be over.

FFVI: 1 year to beat
Wild Arms Second Ignition: 3 years to beat
when I went to pick FFIX back up I coudnt find the disks so I still havent beat it.
WoW I got a Night Elf Warrior up to 58, rerolled a Gnome Warrior and got to 60 with that, this is pre-TBC when the max was 60 and the game was good, I dont play anymore.

This time, I'm OM to blue side. Sehll, Claw/Elec scrap and I've gotta say blue side dosent want me. I log on and crash, then map server twice, then the game goes unresponsive but with no pop up so im sitting in the loading screen for like 5 minutes trying to figure out whats going on, then the internet crashes. I feel I've really set a bad first impression because when I first came back on just before the internet crashed I couldnt remember any names so I couldnt send a tell explaining what happened.

Blue side lags like all heck for me, too. I remember running along a little canal, turning left and running across a bridge and about half way im suddenly swimming in the water next to the bridge, then I turn around to get back on land and try again and all of a sudden I'm there. Do you know how much it sucks to be charging an enemy in The Hollows one second and finding yourself standing at the entrance the next.

Ive gotta say, though, that I like the immersion of blue side better. you can actually see longbow fighting hellions, not some /emote staged stuff like red. You can stop a purse snatcher and the person comes and thanks you along with giving you a token amount of inf. The trainer for each area is a different super, not the same arbiter with a rename token. The monorails, some combatants actually have blue boxes around them, not like vil side where if you get in the way of one of those pretend fights you get shot by both. Its actually populated outside of AE.

So anyway, I'm definately going to stick it out with heros for a bit, hence im on the move.

AND ANOTHER THING CAN PEOPLE STOP PUTTING ORO PORTALS AROUND THE LW PRESENT!!!

That oura portal thing you mentioned sounds brutal they sshould make them like the red side oura portals with the persons toon name on it like a pet so they could be reported.
