VEAT arcs in the MA
I figured I should bump this a bit and also announce the fourth of my VEAT arcs. It has been published for a week or two but hasn't got much attention yet:
The Warburg Connection
Arc ID: 364832
Level: 30-40
Alan Desslock needs your help to handle some business in Warburg. What at first seems like normal spying and bloody murder turns out to be something much more personal. [Designed for VEAT play; other ATs play at their own risk. Contains EB/AVs.]

Haven't played you other arks but this one was fun! I did it solo only took about an hour or so.
"Widow Mind Trick" BUAWHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
Groovy.
I'll run through a few of 'em right now!
Positron: "There are no bugs [in City of Heroes], just varying degrees of features."
I'll be sure to try some!
Ran the first one so far. Very very fun. Although the 5th mission for the 1-10 arc... is a tad easy to fail. Dr Creed runs way too soon, and it's doubtful a VEAT can prevent him from escaping. not at that level anyway.

I will be revisiting the 1-10 arc when issue 17 comes, to fix things like that. Thanks for playing!

EDIT: The second arc (taste of evil)... SHADES OF GREEN! That was very well written.

Just finished the rest of your arcs. Nicely done. I tip my Crab backpack's legs to you.

I've made three mission arcs spanning levels 1-10, 10-20 and 21-29. I'm planning to make two more arcs for the 30-40 and 40-50 ranges. These arcs are designed to be played by VEATs and focus on issues that Soldiers of Arachnos would be assigned to deal with. Yes, these arcs somewhat assume that you are a loyal servant of Arachnos, or at least that you pretend to be loyal.
If you were disappointed by the messed up official story arcs for the VEATs, or if you just want to have some fun with your awesome archetype, give my arcs a try:
The Tangled Weave
Arc ID: 338575
Level: 1-10
Description: Find out more about how Arachnos works behind the scenes in the Rogue Isles to make Project Destiny come to fruition.
A Taste For Evil
Arc ID: 349034
Level: 10-20
Description: You have been volunteered to try out the new NutriPasteā¢ flavor before it gets introduced on the market. Enjoy your tasty and nutritious snack. Please report any unexpected side-effects to your superior officer.
Fear And Loathing On Striga
Arc ID: 350522
Level: 20-29
Description: The Council is losing its grip on Striga after their giant robot scheme was thwarted by a group of heroes. You have to fill the sudden power vacuum in a manner which pleases Arachnos. [Contains an AV/EB.]
