It's definitely there. I spent a good 30 minutes throwing snowballs at people in the D until someone asked me to stop.

I like standing on the other side of the BM in Cap and lobbin them at ppl,it's funny to watch them look all around trying to figure out who did it.
The "Throw Snowballs" power was one of my faves from Winter Events past, but I don't see it listed individually on the Announcements page - does it usually show up as a Temp Power from opening gifts 'n such?
