In my experience, Hasten does work with the Vet Powers such as Black Wand, Nemesis Staff, Sands of Mu, and Ghost Slaying Axe.
If I'm wrong, someone will be along shortly to say so.

There are a few rewards that it doesn't affect (I think [Assemble the Team] is one), but by and large those are the exception to the rule.

As far as I know, Assemble the Team is the only exception. All the others are affected normally by everything except damage buffs.

Just wanted to know is the vet powers like Ghost slaying axe, Sands of Mu and Black wand recharge faster with powers like Hasten or with the recharge bonus from Elec armour (can't think of the name of the power right know, but I think it gives +20% recharge to all powers)
So anyone know how they work ?
