bind question
AFAIK, the only way to view the binds on a certain character is to actually save a bind file and go look at it in a text editor. /savebindfile <path>charactername.txt is what I usually use for something like this to keep from accidentally overwriting my default bind file.
Not sure about your second question, sorry. I have my inspiration tray always showing
Quote:
/bindsavefile insertnamehere.txt
1) Is there a command that shows all of the binds I currently have setup for a given character? One of the bind guides says /bindlist but that doesn't work.

Then open the file with Notepad or your favorite text editing program.

2) Is there a bind command to close or hide the inspirations tray? /bind [key] "show inspirations" opens the tray, however, "hide inspirations" does not work as suggested in a bind guide.
Thanks in advance for the help. |

Inspiration
Insps
Insp
Yes, the "show" command can open windows. It's actually short for "windowshow".
To hide the window, the command is "windowhide". As you found out, "hide" does not work as a shortcut for "windowhide" because that command is used for your global hide preferences (hide from searches, etc).
You can also use the same key to open or close the window by using the "windowtoggle" command instead, or "toggle" for short.
Example:
/bind KEY "toggle insp"
If the Inspiration window is closed, KEY will open it. If it's open, KEY will close it.
Really, two bind questions. 1) Is there a command that shows all of the binds I currently have setup for a given character? One of the bind guides says /bindlist but that doesn't work. 2) Is there a bind command to close or hide the inspirations tray? /bind [key] "show inspirations" opens the tray, however, "hide inspirations" does not work as suggested in a bind guide.
Thanks in advance for the help.
