IMO, Spines is probably the set that benefits least from Pyre Mastery. You already have gobs of AoE to dish out so I think it's stupid to spend two power picks just to get Fire Ball which is worse than any of your other AoEs.

Fireball does decent damage and got a nice radius. But you dont really need it.
Maybe but I want it, I find im already the target cap alot as it is so another aoe in the chain doesnt hurt. I play solo alot because I only have my Laptop at school. Im open to any advice or build suggestions though, I just want to be full of win
What kind of a budget are you thinking of? A lot depends on that.

Hi I quit playing right after ED, and only came back recently. My new Scrapper just hit 40 and im trying to work out a good IO build to start working towards. I have been looking at the Elite Gamers builds but they dont have anything for Pyre. This will be my first 50 so my budget is going to be limited but I would like a solid build to work towards.
